Genegic Services Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the metadata configurations and personal details you share with us. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and protect data inside **GenegicOps**.
We collect your work email, name, company name, and payment details during registration. When scanning AWS accounts, GenegicOps retrieves cloud configuration metadata (e.g. S3 settings, IAM role declarations, security group rules, instance capacities). We do not read or store application data, database contents, files, or sensitive customer variables.
We use collected information to calculate security posture scores, identify drift modifications, compile remediation scripts, notify your teams (via Slack, email, or webhook), and generate auditable compliance reports. We do not sell your configuration data to third parties.
All metadata collected from AWS environments is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest using AES-256 keys. Access to configuration dashboards is protected by authorization controls. We undergo regular internal reviews to verify that no data leakage can occur.
You can delete connected AWS credentials at any time, which immediately stops configuration indexing. You can request complete deletion of your registration details and historical drift records by emailing our privacy team.
For questions regarding data processing or compliance protocols, please reach out to: support@genegicops.com.
